TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE PAY DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
When your appointment is booked all you need to do to confirm is to pay £50 deposit
You will then be e-mailed a booking form to fill in and e mail back to me
The balance of the programme is due in cash or bank transfer at the first session.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the session or if you do not attend the session, payment will not be refunded
Terms and Conditions for further appointments
You agree to give 48 hours notice of cancellation.
If 48 hours notice of cancellation is not given there will be a £20 charge to reinstate the missed session
If you drop out of the course you will receive a refund to the value of 50% of the remaining hypnotherapy sessions provided that 48 hours notice is given of cancellation.
In order to receive the refund a request for a refund to be received by the Wight Relaxation Room within 3 days of cancellation.
If you don’t attend a booked session and do not contact me you will not receive any refund
